What's happening is I'm only getting half of my ISDN on my 2nd computer, when my first computer is getting can use all of my bandwidth. I have concluded on this by going to Cnet.com's Internet Bandwidth Meter and checking it on each machine. Computer 2 gets 42kbps while computer 1 gets 84kbps.

Bandwidth is not a problem. About fps, how do I find out the cameras capacity. I have a bandwidth meter software and not much bandwidth is used up for the Webcams. How do you know bandwidth is not a problem? The nominal connection speed at both ends is only part of the bandwidth equation.

I found one that was perfect called bandwidth meter but it could only support up to 2gb, and I need it to go to 3. Ive tested quite a few but they dont do what Im after.
